When you grow, you feel your boundaries. Respect them.
Recognizing them is the first step. Just train your awarness.
From there: You can change everything.
When you leap:
Slowly, your new self will unfold from the unknown. *
This might feel scary. It is scary. Yes! That is part of the deal.
*
You do not have to be brave to do this.
It is so easy:
Just welcome your fear and transform it into a tingle. *
*
Yes! You got me right: Into a tickle in your belly.
*
It feels like 1.000 of butterflies in your stomach. Do you know that feeling?
I do! Then, I feel excited instead of chasing my fear.
*
- Yeah! And: Yes! I already transformed it.
But don’t get me wrong: I have to do this over and over again!
Ehm … Honestly to say: Very often. Even when I seam brave, while I doing such things, like adventure trips into the desert.
*
It is like the fear is always sitting in the back seat of my car. It is part of me. Of everybody. This is normal.
Sometimes this is my secret: I am always very careful and every now and then scared easiely, but at the same time I am also very brave. So it is normal for me to overcome my fears again and again.
*
Sometimes I think, that I have to overcome my fears more often then other people, so I get used to it and it doesn’t matter for me, if it is a big or a small unease.
One other secret is: I regularly try something new.
O.k. – you know me: I love everything what is labeled new and innovative.
But it is also scary for me. With one difference: I don’t call it scary. I call it adventurous.
The same holds true, when you create something new and want to put it in the world.
*
Do not be afraid!
*
*
Welcome the butterflies!
*
Fall in love with your new self. That is where the butterflies are for! 💕
*
Believe in this: You have many talents.
You do not need a degree or a profession to be allowed to do what you want or love!
Try it out! Have fun!
*
And at the same time: No, it is not easy!
Embrace it. Just try to feel the light.
*
You cannot always feel perfect. I know you are a mindful warrior, chasing for happiness and peace in life.
*
When you leap:
Everything is new. You are new.
Trust yourself, that your bits and peaces will be put together again.
*
Breath.
Have a good nights sleep. *
Drink enough water.
- Be gentle to yourself.
*
You feel like a new puzzle, which waits for beeing rearranged.
*
Just wait. Be patient. * I also always say this to myself. (I am so totally impatient)
*
Move. Dance. Meditate. Feel yourself. Listen to your new you.
*
*
Do what you love. *
Be alive
*
*
Also: Do nothing. Just be.
*
You leap.
You test your boundaries.
You become different, a better version of yourself.
You get hurt and you get healed at the same time.
*
Sometimes we store a lot of tension and stress in our bodies. We forget to release them. I recently learned this in my yoga classes.
Our muscles stay fixed and bend, as if we would continuously walk 1.000 miles.
Stay mindful and relax your muscles.
Breath to release them.
*
Most important while you leap or create something new:
Dream your vision. Live it, as it would already exist.
Move forward. Take a new step. *
*
It is o.k. to take a step back. Don’t judge yourself. It should feel like this: Like Dancing.
*
*
Then: Sleep. Rest. Move. Step by step.
Do not forget to breath.
*
With ease we can let go of alot tension.
*

With lots of love from Miriam ❤️
Where are the pictures from?
From my latest travel to Marrakesh, Florence and Le Marche.
Except the last one with the heart: It’s from Thailand.
And the ones with the camels and the palm tress: They are from Egypt.
Marrakesh feels like this:
This is Le Marche full of favourite villages and favourite cities:
And this the beautiful Firence – a city full of art:
This poem is for Susanne. Thank you so much!
Do you remember, one of our last conversations, where you said to me: That my new bits and peaces will be rearranged automaticly?
Yes, sometimes I am feeling like a puzzle in many ways 😃😂😂😍
But who is not feeling this in some way at any time?
Book and Link Tips:
Meanwhile it has a little tradition, that I put a blog or book tip into my posts. This time you have both:
First off I recommend a very beautiful book from Elizabeth Gilbert, which influenced me very much lately: It is called „Big magic„.
Elizabeth also lets her fear sits in the back seat of her car. She invites the fear to be part of the journey. Of course: You also need your fear, that you don’t do something stupid or kill yourself accidently. But Elizabeth says, it is important, that the fear only gets a back seat. Of course it may speack up everytime, but is not allowed to take over controll.

You also may read an article by me from last year: It is also about overcomming fears and called: „Ein Vertrag mit mir selbst“ (It is written in German)

Last but least, I have a beautiful link tip and found a wonderful quote from one of my favorite bloggers, called Danielle La Porte. You also find her on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
I really enjoy her newsletters and I must say, I read her emails regularly. I love her good vipes!
After finishing my last two poems (including this one), I detected a matching quote from her:
„We push away positive feelings because the light emotions can create a stark contrast to the dark emotions. The joy will expose our sorrow. If we don’t go to the height of our joy, we don’t have to go to the depths of our pain“
