I will weave magic into your life.
And take you on a journey;
away from your comfort zone, into your world within.

I am a poet, artist and award-winning designer by profession. I work and reside in Germany and live close to a beautiful and large woodland. Besides working as a designer, I work as an artist and a poet, too. And you can book me for 1:1 sessions.
WHAT I AM UP TO THIS SUMMER and some free-bees for you:

FIRST: YEAHHH MY NEXT BOOK IS HERE!
My third poetry book WILD FIRE & MAGIC arrives Monday, the 14th. And yes, you can order author copies, too (along with some goodies). In the meantime, you can receive it via Amazon worldwide.

POETRY EVENT in August
(The ticket and event are free — our gift to poetry)
In August, I will create a poetry event, “POETRY AMONG FRIENDS,” via Zoom, with the amazing wordsmiths and poets Lucy Heuschen, Doryn Herbst, Sharron Green, and Julie Stevens.
In celebration of the book, much more will follow:
A CREATIVE JOURNALING COURSE IN AUGUST
– for all the ones who are curious, or want to become so. (For all levels!)
Every poetry book arrives with a creative poetry and journaling course. So watch out for my next creative and journaling course, Wild Fire Heart, in August. If you don‘t want to miss it, write me a message.
A BIT MORE ABOUT ME:
I love travelling and getting to know new places and people. And have three homes. My second home is Italy, where I had my first solo exhibition in Petritoli.

My third is the one at my workplace where I work as a designer, design and motion design consultant, and editor — right by the beautiful river Rhine.
I would even say I have a fourth one: A region near to Berlin in the magical countryside with lakes and vast landscapes close to the Polish border. I travel there once a year to meet other women and take part in courses by Susanne Feld — a time to let my soul unwind. I call many places my home, because I carry a sense of home within.
I publish my own books:
My other two books are called Yellow Drops of Stardust and Who Casts a Spell on Us?. I usually self-publish my books, but my upcoming fourth book will be published by Hedgehog Press in autumn 2025 and will explore the bliss of the present moment.
My poems are published in more than 33 anthologies and magazine publications which can be found all over the world.
WORK WITH AND FOR THE COMMUNITY:
I am many things, I am also the co-founder of VOICES OF POETS — a poetry community on Instagram. I enjoy bringing people to the fire, and love working with the community to give other poets a voice.

I CREATE WORLDS AND PLACES
I create worlds and rooms where we meet each other, where is a place of connection, a sense of home. To bring people around the fireplace. And that it stays in our hearts for a while.
I am also very much interested in the sense of longing. That we open our hearts to it. And our dreams and wishes. Sometimes, we unlearn this along the way when we grow up and people tell us too often we can‘t be this or that or when we get disappointed too often, we close our hearts bit by bit.
I want us to open towards the possibilities. I believe, there are many — always. Open our hearts a tiny bit, again and again. To make it a habit. And it is not about shutting a sense or a feeling out. It is about returning into our bodies, while we allow ourselves to dream more often — and voice our wishes.
This is also why I started to be a Bodywork Practitioner in training. To be touched by the world around us.
I create anthologies with other poets:
Along with a few other poet colleagues, I compiled and published an anthology with 27 poets called Voices: 27 poets from around the world. More recently, I co-published a second anthology with another poet friend, Daniel McCosh, titled: 13 waves: poems from the German Stanza.

This year, I also got invited by Lucy Heuschen for the German Stanza from Poetry Society to co-create a course and lecture on how to create your own poetry book with Margaret Royall and Julie Stevens.
PERFORMANCES:
Together with Daniel and Ian Watson, we brought nine poets to Bremen to Villa Ichion, where I co-moderated the evening. I was also invited to co-create poetry evenings such as for the ‚Intercultural Gradens‘ in Fürth, invited by Sunday Mornings at the River to Eindhoven (twice), and took part in Open-Mics in London with Wendy Allen at Betsey Trotwood, at European Writers Salon at Lettrétage in Berlin and twice in Frankfurt at the English Theater in front of 300 people — to name a few.

Over the past two years, I co-hosted poetry readings via Zoom with Daniel, bringing together from various backgrounds.

Curiosity is what counts for me. To show you a bit more magic in the mundane.
In my mid-twenties, I won several prizes as a filmmaker while studying media design. I hold a diploma in Design.
SOME OF MY DREAMS FOR THE FUTURE:
And since I’ve spoken so much about dreams: mine include brushing up on my French by spending two weeks in Paris, relearning how to play the piano like I did as a child, and traveling to Venice and Naples to join an Italian art history course and research about one of the 12 Sibyls near Naples—the Sibyl of Cumae. I imagine walking endlessly along Venetian canals or through small alleys. And I dream of mountains. There is a longing — that draws me to the Irish mountains, so close to the sea, where I want to go hiking one day.
